Essential duties and responsibilities:
▶ Analysis of complaints, their assessment and processing of regular reports and analyses
▶ Electronic, oral and telephone communication with selected distributors
▶ Preparation of technical instructions and cooperation with production and quality assurance departments
▶ Technical and data support for selected customers
▶ Processing of invoices, budgets and supporting documentation
▶ Meetings with suppliers and regular communication with selected business partners

Salary:
Above mentioned salary is average salary after 12 months of work. The basic salary for a candidate with 2 years of experience starts from €1,983. Depending on the candidate, the basic salary can also be offered individually. The remuneration also includes other bonuses, which can be found in the employee benefits section.
