Jae Woong Shim
Head of Procurement Group
Mr. Jae Woong Shim began his career at Kia Corporation in 1994. He continued his professional career at Kia Georgia from 2008 to 2013, and at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech from 2016 to 2021, where he was a Head of Parts Development department and Vice President of Procurement division. Before joining Kia Slovakia, he worked at the Namyang R&D Center for two years. Since January 2024, he has been the Head of the Procurement Group at Kia Slovakia.
