During the open days, our nearest relatives could view the press, body, assembly and engine shops with the professional guided commentary and they could familiarize themselves with the working environment of their parents, siblings or grandchildren as well as their job tasks and cars they produce. “I am very glad that the company Kia Motors Slovakia organized Family Days and I had a chance to see the car production directly at the plant. I can say it was a very pleasant afternoon,” said the father of Daniel Hrabovsky, a Supervisor on Chassis line in the assembly shop. Everybody, not only the little ones, enjoyed the cultural program with performances by magician and a folk group Drevar. The number of children represented one quarter out of the total amount of visitors. During this period, a race car Kia cee’d and its racer Jaroslav Baranek from Autotechna Racing Team were introduced to the public. This year, the car has been introduced for the first time in series of uphill races.
