At the meeting, the Slovak President stated that the arrival of Kia Motors to Slovakia has positively impacted the economic growth and employment. Therefore he appreciates the interest of the carmaker to expand the production with the perspective growth of employment.
Ivan Gasparovic appreciates the fact that Kia Motors Slovakia is one of the most modern automotive plants of the whole concern.
The Slovak President is convinced that Slovaks either at managers positions or work positions connected with the new technology development will also help improve the company.
On the other hand, the President of Kia Motors Slovakia thanked for the conditions, which the Slovak Republic had created for Kia plant near Zilina. Above all, he highlighted the quality of manpower and the interest of Slovaks in new technologies and development in automotive industry.
