The police in the City of Zilina received the new Kia cee’d model for long-term testing from Kia Motors Slovakia. The new cee’d was presented to Frantisek Posluch, the Head of the Regional Police Headquarters in Zilina, by Soon-Pil Kwoun, the Vice-President of Kia Motors Slovakia, on February 6, 2007. The new five-door cee’d with 1.6 petrol engine will be used by criminalistic technicians in the Zilina region. “The car will serve as the first police car to get technicians to the crime scene,” explained Posluch. As a car maker, Kia, first and foremost, wants to test the cee’d under tough conditions and wants to support the police too.
