New President of Kia Motors Slovakia

Effective from January 1, 2021, Seok Bong Kim became the new President and Executive director of the Kia Motors Slovakia production plant, replacing the President Kyong Jae Lee.

Seok Bong Kim joined Kia Motors Corporation in 1990. He spent thirty years at Gwangju's manufacturing facility in South Korea, where he woked as head of automotive quality and assembly. Seok Bong Kim managed the Gwangju 1 plant from 2018 to 2020. Since January 1, 2021, he has been the President and CEO of Kia Motors Slovakia.

I firmly believe that our company will continue to successfully develop its business activities in the Žilina region and have a positive impact on the performance of the Slovak economy.
