In attendance and speaking at the opening ceremony was Eui-Sun Chung, President of Kia Motors Corporation, who stated, “This new corporate headquarter facility will serve as the control center for our US operations that will soon cover the entire business cycle - from R&D and production to marketing, sales and after service.” The Irvine corporate campus with its own design studio, a modeling studio, 2-D and 3-D presentation rooms, a research library currently employs approximately 400 employees.
