Marián Černek
Head of the Production Group
Effective February 2026, Marián Černek has been appointed Head of the Production Group. In this role, he will focus on the strategic management of production processes, strengthening operational efficiency, and driving the continued advancement of Kia Slovakia’s production organization.
Marián joined Kia Slovakia in 2005 as a member of the Production Management – Process & Specification working group. He advanced to the position of Process & Planning Section and was later appointed as Head of Section, subsequently serving as Head of Production Management Department, where he was responsible for Planning & Process Control and Material Management for both vehicle and engine production. He has been deeply involved in the coordination of cross‑departmental initiatives aimed at improving production stability, material flow, and process efficiency.
